Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring daily cafeteria activities, including but not limited to food and beverage service.
- Product offering and addressing queries related to Hunger Box product .
- Recognizing client needs and ensuring that they are met with the assistance of city/central staff. Escalation management: Managing escalations at the site level with the assistance of the operations team and ensuring that the escalations are resolved.
- Client management: Involves daily client meetings, reporting on changes made to guarantee a better user experience and foster client relationships.
- Manage food vendors skillfully to ensure they uphold the HungerBox policy and deliver the expected service standard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, IHM
- 0- 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food technology or delivery industry.
