Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status and changes.
Set and manage processes for project scope, quality, and performance standards, and assess risks.
Manage performance databases across digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and contractors.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
1+ years of experience on site.
Experience with tools like, Autocad, & MS office for usability.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Proven success working with all management levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
