Customer contact for allsite-relevant topics relating to the Siemens scope of supply (empowerment bythe PM)

Representative of projectmanagement on site

Definition of constructionsite regulations

Coordination of all siteactivities

Compliance with rules andregulations on industrial safety, health and the environment

Coordination and monitoringof the scope of supply and coordination of the interfaces to external scopes ofsupply

Permanent monitoring andcontrol of costs and schedules and the claims situation

Monitoring of the contractdates of the various subsections

Reporting on site progressand preparation of full site documentation

Ensuring compliance withthe applicable legislation and with rules/regulations on industrial safety,workplace safety, environmental protection and accident protection
