- Payroll Processing,
- Onboarding & Exit Formalities,
- Induction & Training,
- Contract Manpower Management,
- License Registration /Renewals,
- Statutory Compliance Management- (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.),
- Return Filling,
- Recruitment,
- Employee Relations & Benefits Management,
- Internal & External Audit Preparation,
- Liasoning with concerned departments, etc.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelors degree
- Bachelor accommodation - available at units (excluding Sahibabad)
- Transportation - Pick & drop facility is available at units (Excluding Sahibabad)
- Canteen facility - available at Paid by employee (for new acquired units, it's in process)
- Notice Period - Immediate joiner preferred
- Age - need mature person
