Job descriptionMonitoring all Site Administration & HR issues,
Guest house & site office facilitation,
Organizing & Supervizing a wide variety of Administrative and Logistic support Functions.
Operate and maintain office systems (Stationary, attendance, Filing, printer, internet etc)
Arrangement of Travel tickets and Hotel.
Responding to employees enquiries and resolving their issues.
Co-Ordination with Head Office
Recruitment of Project based local roll to expedite their deployment at site.
HR Generalist activities for onboarding of employees.
- Site HR Admin activities for construction industry
Attendance leave management
- Site statutory compliance etc.
Managing Labor law and other regulatory policy compliances.- Liaise with Local labor authorities and maintain cordial relations.
Ensuring suitable accommodation, Transport & fooding for labor and staffs.
- Verifying Day to day employee attendance, Leave records.
Liaising with various government officers like Labour officer, EPF officer, Electricity Board and Telephone department for getting various certificates and license to run the project smoothly.- Contract Labor & Compliance- Maintaining records under Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Arranging casual labor as and when it is required for plant/site operation and keeping a curb on excess labor on lean periods. Verifying Wage Sheets, extra duty sheets.
To take of Labour Camp.
- Set up activities for new project awarded to company.
To do employee engagement activities for Site Engineers.- Handed Grievances of Site & also help out Head Office for executing policy changes.
