Shall have proficiency in written & verbal English communication. Proficiency in MS Project, and MS Office/Excel.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. (Civil)
• A postgraduate degree in Project/Construction Management will be an added advantage.

Â

Skills and Abilities:

• Able to handle entire projects independently.
• Sound technical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
• Coordination with all project stakeholders.
• Attendance at all design reviews and progress review meetings, providing necessary inputs.
• Adherence to deadlines set by management and planning work accordingly.
• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services and coordination with MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensuring EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and quality control systems at the site, along with documentation control.
• Ensuring material quality standards and generating testing reports.
• Experience handling a team of 15 to 20 technical staff.
• Leadership of subordinates, including construction managers, QC engineers, planning engineers, junior engineers, safety officers, QS/billing engineers, and supervisors.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Preparation and control of the project schedule, monitoring, and control.
• Identifying and assessing project risks.
• Day-to-day and weekly planning, ensuring implementation at the site.
• Attendance at design review/site progress review meetings.
• Preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
• Generation and control of project documents.
• Control over project budget monitoring.
• Periodic analysis of cost and time impacts due to design changes.
• Verification and approval of changes before execution.
• Reporting to management.
• Â Ensuring project handover to satisfaction.

• Coordination, Project Management for design, time, cost & quality. Planning, execution, Scheduling, monitoring & controlling & closing out.
