Job Description

  • Overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring processes are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Implementing strategic plans aimed at improving productivity and reducing operational costs.
  • Ensuring safety regulations are adhered to across all operations.
  • Monitoring the production process and making necessary changes to enhance the quality of products.
  • Reporting key results to corporate officers and develop new strategies to improve production.
  • Engaging in budget development and oversight, and managing complete P&L for the site.
  • Driving continuous improvement and operational management processes through the implementation of operational excellence principles

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Head should have:

  • Ideally you are chemical engineer with min 15+ years of experience and currently leading as a plant head. Strong exposure to Chemical Manufacturing (Batch & Continuous processes).
  • Open to Vapi as a location.
