Role Description
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for tasks such as sales, property negotiations, training, and real estate expertise.
Scope of the role
- Responsible for attending site visits, negotiations, and transaction closure.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships and associated documentation management
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with potential channel partners for the sale of residential properties and other real estate professionals to drive walk-ins.
- Ensure timelessness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, and overall governance.
- Inter-department collaboration within the company to ensure closures and meet revenue goals by supporting the transaction advisory team to execute and conclude transactions effectively.
Qualifications
- 2-10 years of Real Estate Sales experience.
- Must have experience in handling ticket sizes of more than 7 Cr.
- Must have experience in handling HNI Clients
- Graduation (Any)/Post Graduation (Any)
- MahaRERA Agent Training Program Certificate. (preferred)
- Passionate about real estate sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Immediate joiners would be preferred.
