Site Engineer

Site engineer/manager with a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, with minimum 7 to 10 years of execution / or on-site experience in Factory and Industrial projects and Commercial Offices Projects etc.

Position : Site Engineer/Manager.

Site Location : Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Candidate Location : Preferably from similar and or adjoining areas as the site location.

Qualifications : Diploma / B Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.

Job Responsibilities :

• Adhere to Project Scheduling Ensure adherence to project scheduling and provide inputs to the project manager for overall integration with Project Master plan.
• Monitor Quality & Progress Monitor quality of day-to-day activities at site, coordinate with client, different contractors and consultants to ensure progress/timely completion of the project.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring Track vendor deliverables against timelines agreed upon, daily tracking and weekly updates to be given to project manager. Report the quantity and quality of works in a daily/ weekly report format.
• Commissioning & Handover Assist the project manager in commissioning and handover.
• Statutory Compliance Support in obtaining necessary local approvals (such as building plan approval, factories inspector for drawings/layouts), follow up with liasoning consultants and compile all documentation.
• Reporting / MIS Ensure all reports are made and sent on time.

Special Skills - Site execution, site Logistics management, strong understanding of fundamental engineering, basic knowledge of relevant IS Codes & Quality management, schedule management, MS Office, good written English,

excellent problem-solving ability, good coordination skills & team player, excellent IT skills, such as, MS Office (Excel, Word and Powe point), Cloud Collaboration (BIM) tools, Auto CAD (preferred not mandatory), MS- Project (basics)

Experience : Min. 07 - 10 years.

Employment : On service contract - till further extension.

Joining : Immediate.

Remuneration : As per industry standard.
