Supervise and coordinate all activities at project sites to ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship and materials, addressing any deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with designer, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Assist in sourcing and procuring construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.- Prepare regular progress reports and updates of the project, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
