You will be expected to carry out duties appropriate to the appointment.
You will be required to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction.
Your responsibilities include developing specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing and maintaining project teams and construction projects. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data, assessing potential risks, materials and costs .
Although your normal work will consist of the duties assigned to you from time to time, you may be called upon to discharge any other relevant duty at this or any other location of the company within or outside Mumbai and you will forthwith undertake to discharge these duties with diligence and care.
This is a full-time on-site role as an On Site Supervisor at Lotus Interior Build LLP located in Mumbai. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
