- Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
Managing documentation & Preparation of monthly & Weekly progress report- Monitoring Progress and tracking roadblocks.
Analysing and Managing project risk.
- Conducting regular meetings.
Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide valuable inputs before start of execution.- To track the schedule and inform client accordingly for all delays.
identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
