Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at Sarjan located in Navsari. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing contractors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The Site Engineer will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Proficiency in project management software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus
• Professional certification is a plus
