Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time, quality control and being accountable for project direction
- Co-ordinating with contractors and supervisors.
- Co-ordinating with Architect RCC Consultants Regarding Drawings.
- Planning and execution of work as per design and drawing.
- Preparation of daily progress report (DPR) of all site activity.
- Site Execution of all activities related to Building construction. R.C.C. work, Brick workBlock work, External Internal plaster/Gypsum work, Tiling work, False ceiling work etc.)
- Responsible for Checking of Bills Measurement at Site.
- Calculate the Quantities of excavation, Steel, Concrete and other works as required.
- Handling site Petty cash Preparation of Site expenses monthly.
- Supervised construction and building works are as IS standards
- Surveyed the construction site to ensure the finished grades were as per design.
- Delivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget
- Taking care of safety of all the working team.
- Handling Labour Issues
Requirements -
- Master's degree is mandatory.
- Candidate should be from Real Estate experience.
- Strong understanding of Civil work.
- Strategic planner and creative problem solver.
- Capable of Managing projects in all stages.
- Handling Site execution.
Qualification - BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
Head Office Location - Fort, Mumbai Maharashtra
Industry - Real Estate
Work Experience - Minimum 4 - 10years
