Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Site Engineer to coordinate construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage site operations effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, and project management teams to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily with architects and contractors to ensure alignment and address any project needs.
- Supervise and monitor work on site, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with Project Management Consultants (PMC) for streamlined project execution.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and work statements to develop detailed project planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain continuous coordination with the Project Manager, offering support and ensuring project alignment.
- Review contractors work programs and progress to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Liaise with resident engineers to monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues on site.
- Manage and integrate schedules from multiple subcontractors into the master project schedule.
- Track and forecast the progress of all project activities and deliverables, highlighting potential delays or deviations.
- Oversee labor arrangements and site logistics.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify adherence to plans and ensure smooth execution.
- Regularly report to developers on work progress and address any emerging challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of construction methods, CAD files, and interpretation of layouts and working drawings.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a high capacity for coordination and detail-oriented supervision.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project-planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to construction and project management.
- Ability to remain adaptable and calm under pressure, with a readiness to handle tight deadlines and generate innovative solutions.
