- Estimate the quantity and cost of materials
- Comparing Quantities as per drawings on the Site.
- Prepared basic cost of work items
- Prepare a procurement plan for materials and other resources.
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare payment advice for contractors and subcontractors
- Estimating work completed for payment from the client and payment to the subcontractor. Prepare JMR and get a sign-off from the client.
- Preparation of Bills
- Preparation of Weekly report of the site work. Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecast
- Deliver Project in set timeline within budget and with Quality standards.
