We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects. The Site Engineer will ensure that all technical aspects of the project are carried out according to the specifications, safety regulations, and time schedules. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
- Ensure all works are conducted according to relevant safety standards and codes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project progress.
- Monitor the quality of materials used and the standard of workmanship.
- Solve technical issues and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare site reports, document issues, and track project timelines.
- Manage site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management will be an advantage, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and team management skills.

Pay: 20,000.00 - 35,398.54 per month
