Job Description

Project Execution:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Implement project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to resolve any technical or construction issues.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project quality.
Ensure all materials used on-site meet the required standards and specifications.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of project progress, site activities, and any changes to the original plans.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
Team Coordination:
Lead and supervise on-site labor and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions to the project timeline.
Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelordegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
