Job Location : Anywhere in South India
- 1. Construction Supervision:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of construction tasks.
- Responsible for daily productivity of NMR labours as per the company norms.
- Responsible for the effective utilization of equipments and reduce the idle time of equipments
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Coordination and Communication with junior engineers and Labour team on the daily assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to facilitate effective coordination and communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Assist in reviewing project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure construction work meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Participate in quality inspections and address any non-compliance issues identified.
- Support the coordination with quality control personnel and consultants to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- 3. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow and promote compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Participate in regular safety inspections and support the implementation of safety measures.
- Report any safety incidents or accidents and contribute to the implementation of preventive measures.
- 4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings.
- Support the preparation of regular progress reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
Contribute to the preparation of project-related documentation, such as RFIs, change orders, and variation requests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
