Experience Required:
- Minimum Experience of 1 year as Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, subcontractors, and purchase team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Resolve technical queries and provide guidance to construction teams.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
- Address and rectify any deviations from quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Serve as a point of contact between project stakeholders, including project managers, Project coordinators, contractors, and clients.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and address construction-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, inspections, and progress.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure that construction activities are within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software applications (AutoCAD).
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
