Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site activities related to aluminum works, including installation, fabrication, and assembly.
Ensure that all construction and installation work is carried out in compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on project status, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during execution.
Manage site resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure that all materials and installations meet the required standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide technical guidance and solutions to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Collaborate with design teams, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate aluminum works within larger construction projects.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in the aluminum or construction industry, with hands-on experience in aluminum installation and project management.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of aluminum systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and faades.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with installation techniques and the latest advancements in aluminum construction.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and technical acumen.
