Requisition of all contractors payment as per PO terms

Submission of running bill/ tax invoice to release the payment. Same will be released within 7 to 15 days after receiving the bill.

Virtual Handover

Mail for virtual handover of site along with neat-clean site pictures

Key handover letter sign off

Virtual Handover letter signoff

Completion letter certificate

Inventory list of items available at site. (balance material & assets)

Final Handover

Mail for final handover of site along with handover documents soft copy

Submission of snag points closer report

Vendor, consultants should not be interacted with clients - general contract
