Job Purpose
Ensure execution of the site work as per approved plans, drawings and technical specifications.
Major Accountabilities
- Co-ordination with Contractor & Sub-Contractor to ensure implementation of project schedule.
- Interaction with the concerned Architects & Consultants.
- To study the drawing & its correctness before issuing for execution.
- Ensuring the quality of work and monitoring the progress in the terms of Machinery, Material & Manpower.
- Ensuring the completion of the project activities within time, cost & quality.
- Material management to include requisition, receipt & and accounting of material.
- Preparation and updation of daily site report.
- Site documentation.
- Implementing Safety policy at site.
- Enforce QA/QC checklists.
