Daily attendance monitoring. To prepare excel report of the Manpower at site comprising Contractors, Sub-contractors, housekeeping and staff on a daily basis.- Monitor and register people in the biometric.
Ensure that the biometric punch in is regularized.
- Download biometric attendance once a week and share the same with the HR.
Coordinate with IT for any IT related issues- Installation and monitoring the site CCTV camera's.
Support the EHS Team for site branding
- Monitor network and internet connection.
