Accountabilities & Responsibilities-
- Sinter Plant Process Technology
- HSE
- Maintain Sinter quality
- Energy Consumption parameters
- Section In charge Sinter Plant Operations
Functional Skills:
- Maintaining Sinter Quantity and Quality
- Quality of Raw materials
- Knowledge of Sintering process and system, Various Raw Material value added process knowledge of Quality parameters for input Materials and sinter.
- Raw Material Yard inspection
- Availability of Resources like loaders, bobcat, JCB, Lime Bulkers,
- Raw Material Management.
- Follow WPS procedure strictly,
- Should have knowledge of Crushing , weigh scales , ID Fans , Blowers and Conveyors.
2 Shift In charge Sinter RMHS Operations
Functional Skills:
- Sinter Brief Process knowledge,
- Operation and Monitor the performance of equipment's in safe manners and ensure the availability of spare equipment for immediate use if required.
- To ensure co-ordination Mech & Electrical. Maint. & operation
- To initiate and suggest modifications for enhancement of quality quantity of production after consultation of Section In charge.
- Responsible to communicate the related significant Environmental Aspects and Health and safety hazards to personnel carrying out work
- Ensuring adherence to all the controls as mentioned in SOP / HIRAC
