Responsibilities:

Provide support for backend operations in both voice and non-voice processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails inFluency in Sinhala / Sinhalese @ Srilankan Language Expert, resolving clients inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with team leads.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Sinhala / Sinhalese @ Srilankan Language Expert is mandatory.

Strong communication skills in Sinhala / Sinhalese @ Srilankan Language Expert , with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively.

Experience in Voice clients support roles preferred..

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
