Plant Location: *Regional advantages: It is in a plateau climate, so it does not have the ultra-hot climate of other parts of India; it not in down town Bangalore
- The factory has 1200 employees
- In addition, DKL,IT business is concentrated in 2 plants, and the production line continues to expand to 44 lines, and the staff will reach 1,600 people.
Job Requirements:
ABILITY TO SPEAK CHINESE/MANDARIN along with English
At least 1000 people above the scale of the same industry management experience
- Formulate annual, monthly and weekly work plans and specific action measures of the production department and organize their implementation to ensure effective support for the achievement of the company's production capacity targets.
- Responsible for organizing production teams to complete monthly production orders on time according to the planned scheduling requirements.
- Responsible for production line, daily management and process management to improve production efficiency.
- Responsible for 5S management of production site. It can reduce costs and increase efficiency, such as reducing losses, controlling costs, and improving labor productivity.
- Responsible for product production process quality control and continuous improvement;
