Signage and Branding Executive

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media posts that align with our brands voice and objectives.
2. Design & Creation: Design and create eye-catching social media posts, general flyers, hiring posters, festival flyers, and PowerPoint presentations. Collaborate with the team to understand and meet design requirements.
3. Website Management: Upload and update investor relations content, new blog posts, and other relevant information on our website.
4. Branded Merchandise: Manage the branded merchandise list, including jerseys, envelopes, visiting cards, diaries, jute bags, mugs, and coasters. Oversee the design and ordering process with vendors.
5. Content Distribution: Upload news and blogs to social media platforms and the website. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of content.
6. Photography: Capture and upload professional photos for LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance our brands visual appeal.
7. Digital Reporting: Prepare and present monthly digital reports on social media and website performance.
8. SEO Management: Implement SEO strategies for the Lancer website to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
9. Annual Reporting & Job Posting: Assist in the creation of annual reports and job postings, ensuring they reflect our brands standards and messaging.
10. Brochure Design: Design brochures for printing that effectively communicate our brands message and offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and social media management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with website management and digital reporting is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
