Qualifications
- Proficiency in sign language interpretation and training
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- 3 years experience working with youth with disabilities
- Knowledge of deaf culture and sensitivity to diverse needs
- Certification in sign language interpretation (desirable)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Sign Language Interpretation or related field
