Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Showroom In-charge for a reputed Hair and Makeup brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage.

Customer Sales and Service:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist clients in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Conduct product trials and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Product Trials and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product trials to allow customers to experience the benefits firsthand.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate proper application techniques for skincare, cosmetics, or other applicable products.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Store Operations:

  • Ensure the store is properly opened and closed according to established procedures.
  • Oversee cash management procedures, including opening and closing registers, handling deposits, and reconciling daily sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Manage staffing schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet customer demand.
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
