Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Showroom In-charge for a reputed Hair and Makeup brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage.
Customer Sales and Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist clients in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product trials and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Product Trials and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product trials to allow customers to experience the benefits firsthand.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits.
- Demonstrate proper application techniques for skincare, cosmetics, or other applicable products.
- Stay informed about new product launches and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is properly opened and closed according to established procedures.
- Oversee cash management procedures, including opening and closing registers, handling deposits, and reconciling daily sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage staffing schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet customer demand.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
