We are seeking Showroom Sales Executives to join our sales team that offers a fun and
encouraging environment with the best training and generous benefits. As a Showroom
Sales Executive, you will be responsible for running the daily store operations, ensure
overall store success driving sales, adhere to the SOP & visual merchandising standards of
the brand and as well as overall service and brand integrity.
- Customer Relations
Deliver excellent customer service.
Understand the needs of the walk -in customers & recommend the right product to
them.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Sales targets & SOP adherence
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Strictly adhere to store SOP standards to ensure smooth store operations & predictable
experience for your customers.
- Upselling & Cross selling
Increase sales volume through upselling & cross selling.
- Sales Negotiations
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial
outcomes.
- Manage & monitor inventory level
Keep track of all store inventory including keeping an accurate count of all items
stocked in the store, ordering new stock, and overseeing staff who help manage
inventory levels.
Provide necessary support for the periodic stock audit.
- Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer
needs.
- Reporting & documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store sales activities, customer
interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.
- Collaboration
Collaborate with the respective team to develop customized solutions tailored to
client specifications.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and
brand awareness.
- Required Qualification
Min.2 years of proven experience as a Showroom sales executive in tile & sanitary
ware store.
Knowledge of tiles & sanitary ware is mandatory
Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships
Clear articulation and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
