Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at SILVERLAKE PREMIUM FURNITURE. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing luxury furniture items for their homes. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience in showroom sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Showroom Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the luxury furniture industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of modern and luxury furniture designs, materials, and brands
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in showroom by providing product information and guidance on luxury furniture options
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable furniture items
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and warranty details to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the design team to assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that complement their home decor
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment
- Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury furniture and effectively communicate them to customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and positive referrals
