Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at SILVERLAKE PREMIUM FURNITURE. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing luxury furniture items for their homes. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience in showroom sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Showroom Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the luxury furniture industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of modern and luxury furniture designs, materials, and brands
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture solutions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in showroom by providing product information and guidance on luxury furniture options
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable furniture items
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and warranty details to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the design team to assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that complement their home decor
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury furniture and effectively communicate them to customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and positive referrals
