As a part of our expansion plan, we're seeking an experienced and inspirational Showroom Manager to join our team, drive sales growth, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage end-to-end showroom operations including logistics and inventory
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
- Create visually stunning displays and manage inventory effectively
- Build relationships with designers, architects, and key partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years retail management experience and 5+ years of retail sales experience (furniture industry preferred)
- Proven sales, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and lead a team seamlessly
- Bachelor's degree
- Pleasing personality and conversant in English and Tamil
- Passionate to achieve exceptional customer experience and drive to achieve targets.
