Qualification : BBA
Experience : 4 - 5 Years ( Managerial experience in retail showrooms )
Salary : 50k - 60k
Location : Kokapet

- Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to sales associates to ensure targets are met.
3Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- 4.Train sales associates on effective customer service techniques.
- 5.Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates.
- 6.Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
- 8.Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- 9.Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively.
- Monitor product displays and make adjustments as necessary.
- 12.Prepare and manage the showroom budget, including expenses such as salaries, utilities, and maintenance.
