Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Hostess at Porsche Centre Bengaluru. The Showroom Hostess will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, handling communications, and demonstrating impeccable phone etiquette while interacting with clients and visitors at the showroom.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service proficiency
• Experience in Reservations management
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent Phone etiquette
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of luxury car brands and models is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
