Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Executive to join our team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Welcoming clients to the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with selections.
Petty Cash Management: Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions, reconcile statements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Office Management: Manage showroom supplies, stationery, and equipment. Ensure a clean and organized environment.
Visitor Management: Greet and register visitors, maintain visitor logs, and enforce security protocols.
Data Management: Utilize MS Excel and Word to create and maintain various documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
Site visits: Willing to travel to client sites and take accurate measurements.
Service calls: Respond promptly to customer service calls and troubleshoot technical issues. Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
