Job Description

Experience - 1 to 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and greet walk-in customers, making them feel valued and comfortable in the showroom environment.
  • Offer expert product knowledge and information about the various offerings of GM Modular to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of products to showcase their utility and quality effectively.
  • Provide attentive and personalized customer service, understanding and catering to individual needs and preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date contact list and records of showroom visitors, reporting daily to the designated Manager.
  • Proactively promote sales by engaging customers and effectively communicating the value proposition of GM Modular products.
  • Ensure the showroom floor is well-organized, neat, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
  • Assist in handling administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the showroom.
  • Uphold and reinforce the brand image of GM Modular through professional conduct and presentation.
  • Regularly update client details and follow up on potential leads to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Utilize persuasive skills to convince indecisive customers and assist them in making purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious and efficient working environment.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively.
  • Possess a customer-centric approach, driven to provide the best service to customers.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence customers, resulting in successful sales conversions.
  • Strong product knowledge and the capability to explain technical details in a simplified manner.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse customer profiles.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the showroom maintains a polished and inviting atmosphere.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers
