- The person hired for this position will manage 2 or 3 Mumbai based Modern Retail Chain and will report to the Shopper Marketing Lead. She/He will be the face of 3M with the Customer and will responsible for managing the CBG business and the custodian of the brand for the channel. The candidate is expected to have strong communication skills, must be data driven with good analytical ability to develop winning strategies at the Point of sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieving the channels sell out and sell in Plans
- Driving Joint Business plan with the Account Planning for internal marketing calendars, Promotions, activations and NPIs - Working closely with KAM / Channel sales leader for the accounts
- Develop customer activation program for the channel -Shopper in sighting and engagement / POS intervention management /Optimum ROI led shopper development program
- Forecasting Negotiates with Category Team for driving business & operational efficiency
- Coordinates with Internal Sales team, Customer marketing team, Supply chain for driving growth and ensure smooth operations.
- Tracks and analyses POS data for scanning growth opportunities
Basic Qualification:
- Minimum Education - Post Graduate - Sales / Marketing
- Experience of Min. 4 years to 8 years in Retail Sales, Key Account Management/ Trade Marketing
