About You
- You are a talented Shopify developer with a strong understanding of both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Liquid) development.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Shopify's functionalities, themes, and APIs.
- You are a coding ninja, comfortable creating custom solutions to meet specific client needs and business goals.
- You are resourceful and prefer to develop custom functionality over relying solely on paid Shopify apps.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, user-friendly, and high-converting Shopify stores.
- You are an experienced problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving website issues.
- You are a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client needs and translate them into high-performing Shopify stores.
- Design and develop custom themes from scratch or customize existing themes to match client branding and user experience (UX) requirements.
- Integrate third-party applications and APIs to extend Shopify store functionalities.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ensure website responsiveness across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Implement best practices for SEO and security.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for developed Shopify stores.
