Role Summary:The Shopify Backend Lead champions our multiple Shopify stores technical operations. You'll lead the Shopify Team and oversee the technical aspects of our Shopify store, ensuring seamless product uploads, collections creation, discounts implementation, theme management, menu configuration, and order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Product Oversight: Efficiently manage product uploads, variants, and collections.
- Store Design: Customize themes to reflect our brand and enhance user experience.
- Navigation Optimization: Maintain intuitive site navigation and menu structures.
- Order Management: Streamline order processing and resolve related inquiries.
- App Integration: Oversee the integration and performance of Shopify apps.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Development: Lead and support a team of Shopify experts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven leadership in managing Shopify's backend operations.
- Strong project management skills and e-commerce acumen.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Knowledge of third-party apps and e-commerce analytics.
