Responsibilities:

Responsible For The Development Of The Shopify Plus Platform, Themes, Liquid Programming Language And Corresponding Apps.

Design UX Based From Our Brand Standard And Style Guide.

Implement System Integrations That Are Crucial To Our Success.

Contribute In The Development Of Open Source Software, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, And Common Web Technologies Integral To Building Seamless Multi-Channel Experiences.

Ensure That The Components Being Developed And The Overall Application Is Robust And Easy To Maintain.

Developing Testing Plans And Troubleshooting Issues Related To ECommerce Issues.

Daily Reporting To Senior Developers On Project Activities And Ensuring Timely Completion Of Projects/Assignments And Tasks Given By Seniors.

Document And Demonstrate Solutions By Developing Required Documentation, Flowcharts, Layouts, Diagrams, Charts, Code Comments, And Clear Code.

Required:

Website Performance: Measure website loading times, server response times, and overall site performance metrics. This could include metrics like page load time, time to first byte (TTFB), and server uptime.

Bug Fixing and Issue Resolution: Track the number of bugs reported, their severity, and how quickly they are resolved. This could include average time to fix bugs, percentage of critical bugs resolved within a certain timeframe, and customer satisfaction with issue resolution.

Feature Development: Measure the speed and quality of feature development. This could include the number of new features implemented, adherence to project timelines, and the satisfaction of stakeholders with delivered features.

Code Quality and Maintenance: Monitor code quality metrics such as code review feedback, code coverage, and adherence to coding standards. This could include reducing technical debt, minimizing code smells, and improving overall code maintainability.

Integration Efficiency: If the backend developer is responsible for integrating Shopify with other systems or services, This could include the number of successful integrations completed, time taken for integration, and the effectiveness of the integrations in meeting business requirements.

Scalability and Performance Optimization: Measure the ability of the backend infrastructure to scale with increasing traffic and transaction volumes. This could include server resource utilization, database query performance, and optimization of API calls.

Security: Ensure the security of the Shopify backend by monitoring and improving security measures. This could include vulnerability assessments, adherence to security best practices, and response time to security incidents.

Act As A Shopify Expert, Specializing In All Facets Of The E-Commerce Platform.

Strong Hands To Install & Customize New Shopify Theme.

Clear Concept Of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Jquery.

Knowledge In Other E-Commerce Platforms Like Magento, Woo-Commerce, BigCommerce Will Be Preferred.
