Role:
A Sales Representative at Bikerz Module is responsible for driving sales of bike accessories and services by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The representative plays a pivotal role in expanding the customer base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop or contact via phone/email.- Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable products and services.
Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrate and explain the proper use and benefits of bike accessories.- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all bike accessories and services offered by Bikerz Module.
Stay updated on new product arrivals, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Maintain a customer database and update records with relevant information.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Assist in organizing and displaying products to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the management.
Sales Reporting:
- Track and report sales performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures.
Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends to the management.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities to boost sales.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members, including technicians and the management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer service.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
