Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Shoe Factory Workers at ALBANIA (Europe). The Shoe Factory Workers will be responsible for packing, machine operation, quality control, forklift operation, and maintenance tasks within the factory environment.

Qualifications

• Packing, Quality Control, and Forklift Operation skills
• Machine Operation and Maintenance skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Physical stamina for standing and moving for extended periods
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
