  • 1. Production efficiency of injection moulding
  • Mould/equipment handling as per standard procedure,
  • Reduction in internal rejection and setup rejection,
  • Cycle time improvement,
  • reducing material consumption deviation,
  • manpower handling,
  • ensuring online production declaration
  • 5 S improvements
  • Reworks of parts,
  • Kaizen implementation,
  • Achieving production targets,
  • UET improvements & PSE improvements etc.,
  • QMS system implementation,
  • Allocate & monitoring of daily shift manpower & to provide training as per requirement,
  • To ensure safety at work place, & the work assigned by your superior time to time.
  • Customer Complait Handling
