Roles and responsibilities:- Make production plan as per demand plan on weekly and daily basis.
Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to sourcing team.- Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.
Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.
- Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously.- Ensure GMP and GHP are being followed on the production floor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.
- Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO, Inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.
