Follow Standard Operating Procedure of the company
Interact with customers & serving the customer to their satisfaction
Prepare thick shakes as per the orders taken and serve the customer
Ensuring customer feedbacks are collected on a daily basis
In case of complaining customers, taking suitable action to solve the complaints and keeping the Store Manager/Area Manager informed of all the complaints
Constantly employing suggestive selling practices to make the customers aware
Responsible for maintenance and store upkeep
Adherence to monthly roaster and employee hand book
Cleaning of the store & assets
