- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the data center, including overseeing the performance of critical systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes
- Implement and maintain Incident Management System (IMS) to address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians and operators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data center operations and emergency response protocols
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data center efficiency, performance, and energy utilization
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to uphold the integrity and reliability of data center operations
