• Job Summary:

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of your assigned shift, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and managing the team effectively. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the ice cream store, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations during your shift.

Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.

• Manage inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.

Monitor and manage food safety and hygiene standards.

• Handle cash management and banking procedures.

Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Train staff to provide exceptional customer service.

Staff Management:

• Supervise and motivate the team to achieve store goals.

Conduct training and development programs for new and existing employees.

• Schedule shifts and manage attendance.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Sales and Marketing: Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities.

• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.

Engage with customers to drive sales and increase repeat business.

Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the brand's quality standards.

• Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any issues.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the QSR industry.

Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
