Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager at Brown Sugar India in Jaipur. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. This role involves coordinating with the team to deliver excellent service and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends
• Able to hire staff at store level
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
