Key Responsibilities
Engineering Projects
- Implement strategic initiative: Map and develop the solution as a part infrastructure requirements & design plan in line with 1-3-5 plan.
- Ensure Best in Class design is implementation to deliver a safe and productive environment.
- Manage Capex budgets to deliver the most optimized economics without compromising on the quality and safety of the facility; work with Procurement to ensure vendors delivers the very best in terms of Project execution, timeliness quality of materials and costs.
- Manage a project schedule and report back to the management regularly on progress of expansion and rollout.
- New/Modify Instrumentation and Automation Projects.
- To attend FAT's of equipment's & Automation Systems.
Engineering Maintenance
- Co-ordination with the vendor for calibration activities at Syngene Facility Biocon Park.
- Review the executed calibration raw data and calibration certificates of GMP, GLP areas of Syngene.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, cGMP, QMS.
- Planning and execution of maintenance of equipment and its accessories.
- Maintenance, Execution of Projects, QMS, Qualification activities for S18 Formulation and S18 Biologics Manufacturing Plant.
- Optimize the size of the team to reflect the ethos of an automated environment, have better skilled people in the organization.
- Manage strict SLAs in the insourced and outsourced activities agree performance metrics with various departments and deliver consistently against them.
- Ensure higher standard of safety while execution of a maintenance task, ensure complete vendor compliance to the internal safety standards. Run a consequence metrics for non-compliance of EHSS framework for vendors and employees.
- To face Clients, Regulatory & Statutory Audits in GMP & GLP Area's
- Disaster Management for equipment and Control systems.
- Reviewing the QMS documents.
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
Technical/Functional Skills
